This website explains the nitty gritties of language that sometimes elude our students and seem impossible for us to teach. A lot of these concepts are grasped intuitively and even native speakers are unaware of the rules that govern the syntax. "That's just the way it is" we say. Well... not so much.
This might be particularly useful for ELL students.
